This Williamsburg cafe serves coffee, ceramics & CBD
Muz Muz Café in Williamsburg has cornered the market as Williamsburg’s first boutique furniture and cafe cross over.
I almost walked by without noticing this gem of a cafe located on North 5th in Williamsburg. What got me to stop was the offering of a $1 espresso on the A board outside. It’s rare that you find anything for a dollar in New York, especially in such a unique environment as Muz Muz.
MUZ MUZ IS A ONE STOP SHOP
From CBD, ceramics, bottled fragrances and furniture, it seems like this cafe has it all. I thought it was cool that you could add CBD honey or tincture to your espresso for an additional dollar. Nothing can beat a $2 coffee drink that’s supposed to get your blood flowing but oddly centers you into a moment of zen. A combination that I won’t take for granted as I plan on making Muz Muz one of my normal hangout spots.
One thing to note is that there isn’t indoor seating because all the furniture is currently for sale. When you venture into the back area, the first thing you’ll notice are the “no beverages on the furniture” signs taped to each piece. The vibe is more like an art gallery, only with coffee instead of wine and beautifully crafted bowls instead of paintings.
